Website only
This website is provided for general B2B information and inquiry purposes. Using this website, emailing us, or contacting us through LinkedIn does not create a client relationship, consulting engagement, professional-services relationship, partnership, or obligation for Nxolaryn AI to provide services.
Separate agreement required
Any software access, runtime evaluation, sandbox access, implementation support, production deployment, or review of non-public customer materials must be governed by a separate written agreement, order form, statement of work, and any required confidentiality, security, or data-processing terms.
No sensitive information through public channels
Do not submit passwords, API keys, production credentials, PHI, payment data, private customer records, confidential source code, full databases, raw prompts, raw payloads, logs, or regulated data through website links, LinkedIn, or ordinary email.
No ownership of customer payloads or code
These Terms do not grant Nxolaryn AI ownership rights in customer application payloads, customer codebases, customer prompts, customer records, or customer databases. Any rights related to customer materials must be addressed in a separate written agreement.
Technical-preview materials
Any examples, diagrams, policy references, event records, or SDK references on this website are preview materials for evaluation only. They are not production instructions, professional advice, or a guarantee of compatibility, safety, security, financial performance, or loss prevention.
No guarantees
This website and any preliminary discussion do not provide legal advice, compliance certification, cybersecurity certification, incident-response services, uptime guarantees, or a guarantee that all failures, risks, defects, or losses will be found, fixed, mitigated, reduced, or prevented.
Customer review required
Any policies, recommendations, remediation plans, configuration changes, code changes, prompts, recovery paths, or process changes should be independently reviewed, tested, and approved by the customer’s engineering, security, legal, compliance, or operations teams before use in production.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nxolaryn AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or reliance on website information. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
